Reaching Out
You've already done the hard part.
Deciding to reach out, especially about something as personal as sexuality, relationships, or intimacy, takes courage. The fact that you're here matters.

All inquiries are handled with care. Your email address stays private.
Quick Response
I respond to all inquiries within one to two business days.
No Judgment
Whatever brings you here, you'll find a genuinely affirming space.
"You don't need to have the perfect words. You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for. You just need to take one small step, and I'll meet you there."
The topics that bring people to my practice, sex, desire, intimacy, relationship dynamics, are often the ones people have carried quietly for a long time. There is nothing you could share in this form that would surprise me or change the quality of care I bring to our work together.
This form is for therapy clients only. If you're a therapist interested in consulting, please visit the For Therapists page.
A few things worth knowing before you reach out
- My practice is private-pay only. I don't bill insurance directly, though I'm happy to provide documentation you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement for individual sessions. Insurance carriers typically do not cover sex or relationship therapy.
- I am currently accepting new clients in Connecticut, New York, and Michigan.
- Rather than a brief consultation call, I offer a full first session, because real conversations take real time, and you deserve more than fifteen minutes. That first session is where we begin to understand each other. The intake session is a full clinical session, billed at the time of service. It is not a free consultation.
- All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth. No commute required.
